Why should I sign up?
A significant number of property owners overpay each year. Our service is risk free - you only pay us if you save money. It takes less than 5 minutes to set up and you can potentially save thousands of dollars.
How much does it cost?
It’s free to get started and you only pay us if we save you money. If we’re able to save you money, we will bill you for 40% of your savings.
What if I think my house is undervalued?
We’ll analyze your property’s value using our analytics platform - for free. If we think your house is significantly undervalued, we may not file an appeal but will continue to monitor your assessed valuation in future years.
Can my taxes go up if I appeal?
In the appeal process our firm and the assessor will present opinions of market value. The result of will either be a recommendation to sustain or reduce the assessed value. Of all of the appeals filed last year, none resulted in an increased assessed valuation.
Do I pay for future savings?
Not unless we are able to secure you future reductions in your property’s assessed value. Any future savings from reductions you secure this year are 100% yours.

We’re currently serving residential property owners in King County, Washington, but we’re dreaming of serving the entire Northwest.
